One desk, three drop-off points
Pick-up is at Lajes Airport — that is where the desk is. You can return the car at the airport or at one of the two ports, in Praia da Vitória and in Angra do Heroísmo, if you are travelling on by ferry.

The desk is inside the terminal building — no shuttle bus and no waiting at an off-site meeting point. On the day of pick-up we send the parking bay and a photo of the assigned car by WhatsApp, so nobody has to search the car park.
Getting there
Just past baggage reclaim, inside the terminal — the desk is signposted. No shuttle bus needed.
